Are you one of those people who always seem to be complaining about lack of money? If so don’t be ashamed for you are doubtless in the majority even if complaining is usually more of a habit than an absolute statement of fact.
Like most others, whatever the truth, you could do with more money. Perhaps you’ve only ever worked for a master and whatever you receive for your efforts always equates to an hourly rate of pay. Now think about it; your employer is rich – well at least a lot richer than you. So why do you think this is? I’ll tell you. He is a clever switched on person. Somewhere along the line he has seen that working as you do was never likely to make him rich and so he did something to change things. He doesn’t have a lack of money problem because he took remedial action. Don’t you think that in some way you might be capable of emulating his actions?
The internet is your key to a new affluent future. It is not just for finding information on things that interest you but it can be used as your voice, with your unique message to the rest of the world; and for this service you can be paid! It can be an easy way to make money from home by starting your very own online business. I would also suggest that information publishing is a good line to be in.
What is needed to build an online business? Nothing much in the way of hardware other than a computer and a few peripherals. Your premises need only be a bit of space on your kitchen table. An important requirement is a mindset which is motivated by desire and a creative imagination will not go amiss. As a well known business philosopher once said ‘If you want to walk on water you have to get out of the boat.’ You must therefore be prepared to go beyond your comfort zone!
Here’s what you do. Plan a strategy, be prepared to persevere and have patience. Don’t forget that Rome wasn’t built in a day! Now I hope you will understand that this article would need to have the volume of a text book if all the fine detail was to be furnished but basically you need to follow this sequence:-
THE PRODUCT:Ideally this should be based on an interest, a hobby or something you are knowledgeable about and fairly familiar with.
IDENTIFY A MARKET:People search for stuff on the internet using a search engine such as Google. They do this by keying in what are known as keywords or key phrases. To make money online you have to identify what are the popular ones associated with your proposed product. You can access FREE tools from sites on the internet to get this information. A word of warning; – If people don’t appear to be searching for information on your idea then the market does not exist. Ditch it!
STARTING THE PROJECT:Basically there are 2 ways to tackle this stage. You can create your own brand new INFORMATION PRODUCT. This will entail not only doing everything necessary for the creation process but also having to learn the ins and outs of copywriting for the sales page which will need including on your website.An easier way to make money from home is to market someone else’s product for a commission. You will thus not have to do any original work to create either the product or the sales page. If you adopt this recommended easier route to start your online business it is crucial to get your hands on the product in order to assess its value to YOUR customer. To do this you must first buy it – a minor expense but necessary.There are other variations on the same theme but the object of this article is to show someone new to the business the easiest way to start making money from home at minimal cost.
MARKETING THE PRODUCT:Although it can be done without one, it is advisable to have your own website. Getting one is easy and can be done for FREE. The important thing here is that a website is useless if nobody visits it. In short it needs TRAFFIC. There are literally thousands of people out there in cyberspace willing to tell you how to build your own website and get traffic to it so I don’t intend to add any input here.
The way forward:Be patient and persevere. Get one project off the ground and making a profit then plough these profits back into repeating it with follow up products. Given time you should be in a position to outsource most of the work and your grumbles about never having enough money will just be unpleasant memories. I’ll leave you with this mantra:- ‘The best time to start making money from home with an online business is 10 years ago. The next best time to start is TODAY.’
