I am continually learning new ways to promote my businesses but was confused about how to successfully (and cost effectively) market via the Internet. I ran across this website and the clouds are beginning to part, not completely, but I am much further ahead than ever before. We are all looking for ways to make money during these tough times.
If you want to make a lot of money extremely quickly, do this! First go to a website called ClickBank.com and sign up (it’s free). What they do is manage a bunch of different products that you can promote for a commission. All you need to do is send traffic (people) to that product page, and if they buy, you make your commission. The correct term is becoming “an affiliate.”
There are many intermediary steps that you need to learn to be successful and they are all provided in this easy primer. This is exactly how I started affiliate marketing. I know you’re probably thinking that this would never work and that it’s a waste of time. Well let me tell you something, traditional marketing methods are expensive, time consuming and have questionable pay offs. When I used to do this, for every 100 flyers that I would hand out, I’d get around 1 to 2 people buying (1% to 2% return). Often times the cost of marketing is prohibitive and returns are diminishing as more and more marketing methods are being ignored.
Here is a cost-controllable option that will help you do test marketing to determine the best approach for Internet marketing.
